References to ‘you’ and ‘your’ shall be deemed to be references to the person placing an order via this website.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall affect your Statutory Rights as a consumer.

We may change or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, and your continued use of this site following such change shall signify your agreement to be bound by the modified Terms & Conditions. PLACING AN ORDER

By placing an order with us, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these terms, then you should contact one of our Customer Service Advisors, before placing an order with us, either by e-mail to sales@floandsang.com, by telephone on 0116 289 7350 or by post using the address given below.

By placing an order via this website, you are making an offer to Flo & Sang Limited, to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.

Once you have placed an order, we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received, but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A Contract between you and Flo & Sang Limited for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you.

Your Debit/Credit Card will be authorised and processed when your order is placed. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate. Please see the delivery times and charges.

DELIVERY

We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.

Most orders will be despatched within 5 working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock.

Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

You may normally cancel your order for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel your order within this time, any payments made by you will be refunded to you within 30 days.

EXCHANGES

You may exchange any item you have purchased for a different size. If you are based outside the EU, shipping will be charged to you at cost but you will need to pay duties and taxes on the replacement item.

Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return your item for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen, you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. Please take extra care to read our Product Care Information label that is attached to your product, as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition, or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used or washed.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product to us. We will only refund the cost of postage where the item returned is faulty.

To return any products to us, please complete the reverse side of the invoice, (which comes with your order) and clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange. Then pack the items back in the parcel, attach the invoice and send it back to:

When returning items, you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Express 2 Day Delivery
Cost £6.95 per delivery address in the UK. Monday – Friday only. This guarantees delivery of your order within 2 working days, providing we receive your order before 3 pm.

Overseas and Non-Mainland UK
Postage is charged at cost

However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products.
