Any returns sent from the 25th December wont be processed until the 10th of January as we are out of office.
You are entitled to return or exchange your goods within 14 days of receipt (UK) and 21 days (International) for a full refund. Once goods have been received, your refund will be paid within 10 working days using the same method in which the payment was received. All returns are the responsibility of the purchaser at their own cost.
Please allow up to 10 working days upon our receipt of your package for your exchange or refund to be issued.
Notification of any damaged items, shortages or other discrepancies must be received within 5 days of delivery.
